WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?

Functional training can be easily translated as "appropriate training". Functional are movements from our everyday life, which are repeated regularly. No matter if you are young or old, worker or housewife, baby or senior. The training lives up to the claim of being appropriate to everyday life.
