We welcome you to Mrs.Sporty. We want to get to know you with your goals and to find out what is important to you. For this we carry out a comprehensive fitness check with you. So we have the best starting point to define your optimal training. Then it's sports shoes! We'll show you step-by-stephow to train at Mrs.Sporty with your workout program tailored to your goals.

REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS TO MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS

We want to know if you are satisfied and have achieved your goals - every 4 to 6 weeks. We optimize your training and adjust your training plan, set new goals together or are happy to accommodate your special training needs. Maybe you want to do something more specific for your stomach or tighten your legs. No problem: we redefine the optimal training program for you.

30-MINUTE TRAINING – THE OPTIMAL FREQUENCY

30-minute training at Mrs.Sporty, led by personal trainers, is the most effective study outcome to help you achieve your individual goals. The optimal training frequency is 2 to 3 days a week. However, it is important to distribute the training sessions as evenly as possible over the week. Breaks for regeneration are necessary for success! So you should train every second day, or at least, every third day. The short training sessions and the flexible start times allow you to successfully integrate the training into your daily routine.
